Walla crag hail & snow

Walked up Walla Crag between the worst of the weather today - even then we managed to get peppered by hail (it hurtas the eyes) and snow. Main pic is looking towards Longscale fell and Blencathra, as the sun caught a passing snow / hailstorm, giving a rainbow. The first extra was taken only a 10 minutes later, with sunlight in the foreground and the snow / hail passing through the background. Second extra is from near the top of Walla Crag, looking towards Borrowdale, where we were treated to a few sunbeams before more snow came in. Forecast for the weekend is pretty grim, here's hoping for snow, rather than rain!
