Stable Hills and a frozen Strandshag Bay

Thank you so much for all your kind comments, stars and faves on yesterday's Blip - I really appreciate them!

Took a short walk only today round our normal route. It's now been cold enough to enable quite a large proportion of Derwentwater to freeze (though don't expect skating pics yet!) - the ice is only a few mm thick, but it's a while since I've seen the lake like this. I liked the smoke hanging behind the farm too - looked quite mist-like.
