Round 3: iPhone to iPhone

Tomorrow is opening day of the Bellingham Farmers Market, and among the many new offerings will be fresh, local oysters!

According to The Oyster Guide, the nonprofit Drayton Harbor Community Oyster Farm has been raising oysters in tide flats straddling the Washington/British Columbia border since 2001. The goal is to improve water quality in the harbor, using proceeds from the oyster farm to fund the programs.

We're looking forward to delicious Pacific oysters and trying some of the recipes in this cookbook!
