Drive-in Delight

We had shopping to do this morning, and as the Fountain Bistro was on our route, Phil decided to stop in for a latte.

This is a particularly attractive drive-in spot, with a friendly server, an appealing menu, and now on Thursdays, lattes for $2.19, including any flavor you desire, should you wish something other than just the flavor of coffee. To get this special price, you have to text five numbers into your phone, which goes somewhere I can't remember, and then somehow the Fountain Bistro knows you've done that and gives you the special price. (You can infer from this description just how technologically savvy I am...)

We even had some sunshine today, as you can see by the cloud reflections in our car windows! Hope it lasts through my afternoon errands -- and more importantly, shines for the Bellingham Farmers Market 20th Season Opening Day this Saturday!
