Morning stroll

Again the usual circuit round by the lake for our morning stroll. Then we headed off in the car through the St Bernardino tunnel and met up with our good (blip) friend Marieke for a spot of lunch before saying goodbye to Philipp and heading to Chur to see M's specialist for the 3-month post-op appointment following the knee prosthesis.
It was generally good news and we came home feeling very positive. The recommendation was for M to do physiotherapy three times a week at least and, as always, to stay out of trouble!
