Deer oh deer oh deer

Saw these three cute looking deer just resting on my way home today and thought they looked blissfully content. The fact that they were in a fenced off field and belonged to a farmer crossed my mind and then vanished quickly as the thought of one of these on my plate did not appeal at the time.

Saying that and as I do eat venison these deer had a huge field to roam around in with a stable for night time and plenty of hay and water so they are assured a very comfortable life and this made me feel a bit easier.

Funny but had never actually noticed them before and I pass this way everyday.
