Wave Goodbye

When you book a holiday in Devon, in the Terms and Conditions you will find it says you MUST visit Paignton, take a photo of the pier, waste a load of cash trying to win a cuddly toy on the cranes, eat an ice-cream with a dollop of clotted cream (whilst avoiding seagulls), and buy some tat in the gift shop.

Today we fulfilled our obligations, and went on the steam train too.

We are heading back to God's Own County tonight, so an iPhone blip of the wild sea today as we have no more wifi. A wonderful week without a hint of rain, but we are all ready to get back home to our own beds.
