2564. Jambalaya!

Or what was left of it after I forgot to take a photo of it before we dished it up!

We had friends over today for lunch and we hadn’t seen them for over 6 months so it was a good catch up…I made vegetarian jambalaya and it was delicious! Not much was left but I managed to save one portion for the freezer!

It’s been a full on day today and I realised that this was the only photo I’d taken….
