2199. Pearl January 3

I bought these baroque freshwater Pearl earrings at a lovely arts and crafts market in Denmark in the summer of 2019. We had a wonderful day there and the lady who made them was delightful. They’re set on gilded silver and I love the fact that every Pearl she had was a slightly different shape and size. They are heavy though....

Spent the morning with my youngest going over his budget...it’s a real stress point for him so tackling it head on was the plan...
He’s actually doing really well as he’s getting at least 50% more hours at the moment so we made sure his budget was based on his basic salary. With that sorted we got a takeaway sandwich and then I headed home. Hubby has been wiring our new display cabinet with mains lights. It’s for his huge collection of militaria, mainly medals but he has a huge range of things from daggers to glass bowls.

That done we are now awaiting the statement from our First Minister with yet more restrictions to be announced.
