Today the weather caught up with the date. We’ve had something like the warmest New Year on record but today the temperature dropped, the wind picked up speed and generally it might have been better to be inside curled up with a good book. 

We ventured out to Newquay to check out the fabulous beaches and were nearly blown away. Please see the extras for a bit of fun - Tim taking a photo of me taking a photo, his photo, and a bit of whimsy.
