Creative Blues.

In my blip dated 18th June last I mentioned that Staffordshire described itself as The Creative County.

Well, they've really been creative this week, they've created extra work for the refuse collectors by providing everyone with extra blue bins to fill with unsorted, recyclable rubbish. Apparently we can keep the crates and sacks which we previously used for that purpose.
