Courtyard…

At Beckenham Place Park this afternoon. I haven’t been here for many years. It was popular today and obviously a favourite for families and those with dogs. Plenty of woodland areas for walking and a happy place. Lots of changes too including a lake for wild water swimming. Photos of summer days show how popular that is.

This courtyard was introduced just seven years ago when the golf course was closed and lottery funding was used to redevelop the club house area, creating beautiful formal gardens at the front and spacious seating areas.

Another day of good surprises.
