New Years Eve.

We had the form of relaxed New Year that we have been having since before this millennium began.  It began with "The Mate" and his late wife joining us for a long session of films.  Sadly now there are just the three of us.

Over the years we have worked through many films often picking a series and stopping to eat and drink between films.  This year we settled on the Harry Potter films but didn't work our way through all 8.

The blip is another which is a bit of an emergency blip.  Watching films doesn't leave a lot of time for photography.  So this is a shot of the table decoration and a glass of bubbly at the end of our evening meal.
