Before

It was a beautiful morning with all sorts of different clouds in the sky (where else would they be?) and plenty of blue in between them.

This was during our walk at Enfield on our way into town to buy some of life’s essentials: dog food (“Life’s only essential” - Bean), cream (to be poured over raspberries) and blue cheese (just because).

Home for an hour of line trimming, which was about four hours shy of what needs doing. The clouds gathered and turned black, then dumped hail on us, accompanied by spectacular thunder and lightening for 20 minutes. What a show!

Miraculously the veggies seem to have escaped hail-shredding.
