Railway Headquarters . . . the triple main badge shows the symbols of the York & Midland Railway at the top, the Leeds Northern Railway to the left and the York, Newcastle & Berwick Railway on the right. Together these formed the LNER in 1923.
Humbled again . . . Thank you all sooooo much for all your support yesterday. I have found it harder this year . . . but YOU got me here and, for that, I will be forever grateful. I find it hard when I cannot keep up with all you grand folk . . . and you keep raising the bar by producing such quality images.
