Moonset

It was getting light by the time Bertie and I set off for our walk this morning. The waning moon was still up but sinking fast over the hill behind our house.

It has been a beautiful day so I managed to do more gardening which was very satisfying. There is a wonderfully clear sky tonight and the stars are sparkling as brightly as the frost on the grass.
