Damp Day

It's been a bit of a nothing day today. I did manage to record my Christmas story for my granddaughter - a bit late but at 3 months old I don't think that will much matter to her!

I managed a quick walk with Neil to the duck pond and around. It's been dull and rainy all day but we did have a brief respite. The photo is the nearest to seeing the sun I've come in a while.

And now we're waiting for a grocery delivery from ASDA, that was due between 3 and 5 and it's now 5.15. We rang the helpline and "it won't be more than an hour and a half late". It's so hard to start anything when you're going to be interrupted, so I've wasted rather a lot of time today just reading, or fiddling around online, waiting.
