The Cactus is open (other shots are available) .... the closest it has ever come to the correct date.

After breakfast We went to fill the car's fuel tank for tomorrow's trip.
The sun trying to break through the clouds and fog was really quite something, but there was nowhere to stop to take pictures.
After filling up we went into the store and came out with black pudding and chocolate cookies ....... what a mixture.
When we got home I checked the tyre pressures and got the 'Winter Emergency Box' sorted ... after getting rid of the remains of the chewed Mars bars and tissues (the lid had come off and a mouse had obviously got in).
Now I need to get the camera bag sorted out.
