Still missed.

It was a year ago in the early hours of Boxing Day that my dad passed away. I still remember the phone call I received from my brother telling me the news.
It’s been a difficult 12 months and I miss my dad enormously and he will obviously be at the forefront of my mind today.
The bear in the photo was a present from my brother, it’s been made with a shirt my dad used to wear. It wasn’t a present I was expecting but easily the best one I got.
If you can’t read the writing on the shirt, it says,
This is a shirt I used to wear, when you old it know I am there. Love Dad.
I actually do remember seeing him in this shirt, this present brought a tear to my eyes.
