Headed Home

My guess would be he's heading home from a day of fishing in the river. The big inner tube goes in first, then the red bucket sits in the middle to hold supplies and the catch of the day. The fisherman will usually sit in the bucket, on the edge of the inner tube, or on a ledge along the river.
