Grey afternoon walk

A day of wild goose chases. First appointment to have my nails done only to find that the appointment had been cancelled? Apparently I cancelled it on line?!? I don’t think so. Oh well - a do it yourself job instead. Second trip to the castle to collect a parcel which had been delivered with my name on. I was waiting on a parcel and could have made a mistake with drop down address menu. However arrived only to realise that it was not a parcel for me at all, it was uniform and the supplier has obviously not updated records!
Then fourth visit to BW in three weeks but mission accomplished and carpet now ordered and paid for.

Home by 3.00 and OH had taken MIL for a dentist appointment so I took myself off for a walk - but didn’t walk quick enough and it was almost dark by the time I got home.

Still too early to start relaxing so took up a pair of trousers - ten minute job on the sewing machine.

Two episodes of Vienna Blood made me want to return to Vienna again!
