Technicolor Tuesday

I made this a couple of weeks ago. Any guesses as to how many books are in the picture? (Answer at the end.)

It was a very involved project, using a lot of colors, with a lot of waiting for drying time.

It measures 10 x 20 inches. Do I like it? What's not to like? I like color, I like whimsy, and I like to read books.

I hope to donate it (and a couple of others) to the local library. Perhaps they could have a guess-how-many-books, and win-the-piece contest.
