Rocket Blower
I noticed plenty of dust on the sensor of my camera when I was processing images from Sunday. In the past, I would have started with this rocket blower, or a brush I'd charged with some static electricity, stroking it carefully just above the surface. If that failed I'd use swabs.
WIth the Z6II, with its in body image stabilising, the manual gives warning about using the latter techniques, so the blower has to be the method of choice, even though it isn't always successful. Even the highly rated Nikon commentators haven't come out with any sort of advice for stubborn stains (as fas as I am aware). We'll just have to see how it goes.
Other than that it was a busy day, heading into the office to use the specialist printers for the taxi drivers badges and vehicle plates. It was challenging, but between myself and the manager we managed to get everything done, albeit with some interesting workarounds! L's Mom was taken into hospital this morning after a fall, no visiting allowed so there is a possibility that she will be having a very lonely Christmas.
