The Signpost

I had to visit a firm today where a Covid outbreak had recently started.  A member of staff had come into work despite a relative he had formed a support bubble with being diagnosed with Covid-19 a few days earlier.  As a result 4 other members of staff have also contracted Covid-19 and three others were required to self isolate.  Another example of the public not taking this pandemic seriously.

I'm sure we are all as frustrated by the circumstances we find ourselves in.  Unfortunately those saying 'stuff it' to the restrictions being placed on our lives just causes more people to fall ill.  This virus is not going away and every time someone doesn't think about the potential impact their actions might have on other people, others suffer!  

I took the scenic route back from the visit and realised that the way signs in this area are different from much of the rest of the district.  These must be kept clean and repainted when needed as there is no way it would look this pristine, especially as it is adjacent to a local quarry and the M6.
