White Christmas Cake

Not White Christmas, you understand, but White Cake, which does not contain vine fruits but glace pineapple instead, with the cherries and mixed peel and with walnuts and almonds. This may be covered with marzipan or, as the recipe suggests, butter icing. If I've time... Or can be bothered... Sometime... Maybe.

And anyway, I didn't have much glace pineapple so it has mango and papaya. It'll be lovely.
