A postie in shorts

A brave man in this weather. I spoke to him as he was passing about his shorts and asked if I could take a picture. He said yes, but that he wasn’t very good at smiling! I said that it didn’t matter in the least, it would be fine. I think that he came up trumps on the smiles.

I’ve been busy assembling the blocks for the 4th quilt. All 20 are done now. I need to look at them in the daylight to see if they need rearranging before sewing them together. The quilts are spread out on the spare bed, so will need to be relocated before Christmas Eve when R & S come to stay.
