RIP Mr Gee

I was very sad to see that the old West Indian barber shop in Kensal Rise had closed and it's owner Mr Gee had passed.

I thought there was something familiar about the tribute pictures taped to the window. They were taken by me. 

In fact if you Google 'Mr Gee', 'barber' and Kensal Rise this is what comes up.

I'm staying local after a late night. There are some extras of a gathering of Mods outside Bar Italia.
