Distressed Tree (MM413)

The magnificent ash was once dressed
In fine green leaves for all to see
Disease, sadly, caused it to be distressed
No longer the tree it used to be
Rotting and Broken, in such a mess
The dead and dying branches here
A scarred trunk and absent leaves make less
Of a tree that did once appear
