Baci di dama

Clearly - we have been watching far too much of the Montalbano series - although we have only three left to go.  I've even read half of the books. 

With the showery weather Gill decided on another baking day - most of the previous batch was given to the neighbours - so there was a need to replenish our own stocks.  Main blip is part way through - finished article in the extra.

These Baci di Dama are a particular success. 
and ... I managed to photograph them without causing too much of a problem with the flash :-)

This won't be a normal Christmas - I've just set up the Zoom invites for our family present opening sessions and tomorrow we will be meeting our daughter to swap boxes of presents in a breezy car park. 
Our son in law's brother lives in London and was intending to see them at Christmas - but of course - that is now cancelled.
