St Lawrence Church interior

We went to the service of 9 lessons and carols at St Lawrence Church yesterday evening. It was very good with an excellent choir - Adventus Domini - and set of musicians transporting us with their renditions of a wide selection of Christmas music. I particularly liked their versions of Myn Lyking and O Holy Night. I took this picture of one of the chandeliers reflecting the candlelight in its polished brass, all so redolent of this time of year in wintry England.
