5000 km service

I dropped Oscar and Bailee at Spring Camp and took in our car today for it's 5000 km service. While it was getting the service, I popped across to Times Square and found some sweet clothes for the trio :-) Bailee and Maple got their first matching outfit. I put a new t-shirt on Oscar and Bailee's bed for when they came home, and told them how proud I was of how they are doing at Spring Camp. They were very excited upon discovery and ripped their clothes off to get into them. Bailee got a yellow flower top and tights and Oscar a black (His favourite colour), Lightening McQueen t-shirt. The rest has gone away for their birthday.

Their morning at Nursery again went splendidly. Stu came to see where it was today as I was dropping him at work. It was nice for him to see the happy faces when we picked them up!

After their sleep we hosted an impromptu play date with another friend in the building. It was not fun.... Oscar was in a silly mood and testing the boundaries to their limit. He threw play dough, climbed on the toy storage units and didn't want to share a thing. Bailee grizzled the whole time and embraced as many of her toys as she could for fear of the other child wanting them! It was one of those afternoons where I had to keep telling myself that they are little children and it is all harder for them than for me. I think I need to host more playdates. In England we did all the time and there were never any problems like this. Oscar and Bailee are absolutely fine if we go to someone else's house, i just need to help them learn about being fun hosts :-)
