No sign of the sun today, but I didn't mind as Doris Dyson was raring to go, and she worked up a sweat. She was worn out by lunchtime ( no stamina) so she had to go for a lie down. After lunch, we went to town, as J wanted to look in WHSmith's.  Betty, our neighbour across the road,  is 100  today. What a lady, although she has a wonderful family around her. We didn't go to her party last night, for obvious reasons. I am looking forward to the final of Strictly tonight, although I think Rose & Giovanni with take the glitterball.
