Tonight it was John Dory

I bought two John Dory from the fishmonger yesterday. It's not a fish that is specifically fished for. It gets caught up in the nets with other fish. And I'm glad the fishmonger had cleaned and trimmed them. The dark spot on the skin is said to be the thumb mark of Saint Peter. I have to say that it tasted delicious.
