In the gloaming

The street lights were just coming on when we took Shiv for her daily outing.

Arnie headed out early in the morning to play tennis and played chauffeur for Mags, Mary Julie, bringing them back to us for a Chinese buffet feast. Sue joined us too so Arnie was well outnumbered but didn’t mind.

It was great afternoon, with great food, bubbles, and lots of laughter.

Arnie still can’t have anything alcoholic because of the antibiotics he is on, but they will be finished soon.

Happy Day of Reconciliation (the public holiday in SA today).
