I recently learned that these ivy berries, gram for gram, have more calories than chocolate, they really are a wildlife super food!

Working outside you need to be ready for all weathers and having submitted to wearing an extra layer it's difficult to stop but, boy was it warm today.

Lovely meal this evening with RF, it is so worth buying meat from a good butcher.
