On the beach

Quite mild, not sunny but not a breath of wind! 
We went for a walk on Roosebeck beach. 

The end of the beach was covered in seaweed , brought in by the high tide and strong winds a few days ago, but most of the foreshore was just sand.. so different from a week ago when it was nothing but shells.

We took our time and as usual had the place to ourselves. Phone Blip is of the 'far end' ie as far as we walk. We could continue for another 10 miles. This is the only  spot where there are a few rocks. 

Back to the car then up to Ulverston and M& S to collect a parcel and a bit of food. I still find the place claustrophobic compared to the M&S we had in Barrow.. but that's all weve got.
