Twilight Fishing

I love this time of the year because it does not get dark until eight o'clock and the weather is so wonderful. As soon as we finished dinner and Moira was picked up by my daughter, Dave and I took the dogs out for a walk to the park. We so enjoy unwinding from the day with some exercise and getting a chance to talk about our day.

The dogs were very excited about the direction we were headed thinking that a stop at the dog park was on the agenda. But I had my eye towards a blip! My husband was a great help in looking for photo opportunities and holding both dogs when needed.
I stood and watched this Heron fishing for awhile, but he was much more patient than I. I left before he caught his supper or snack!
