Monday Night Football

I was given a job to do - analyse every project in the software that I'm responsible for, and produce a report listing lots of various bits of information.  I had until Wednesday to have it finished.  I finished it this morning.  

And it's huge.  We have over a million pieces of software in this report - it was too much for Excel to handle on one sheet and I had to split it.

It was a fun little exercise - and it was super to see it worked first time.

These little ad hoc requests are my favourite things.  "Could you...?" and the answer is usually "Yes and a lot quicker than you think is possible".

Days like these and I love, love, love my job.
