I had to go and collect Bags' shopping this morning - she waited to tell me it needed done until they had left for their time away .... and then they arrived home as I was unpacking it!

After getting home I got a phone call from No1 son to say Happy Birthday.
I then filtered the remains of the last of my last lot of gin - some will be consumed this evening so that I have some bottles when the current lot is ready (not for a while yet).

Everything was finished just in time to watch the Grand Prix - heart stopping on a couple of occasions, however, the FIA really needs to get a grip and have stewards and race directors be consistent and apply the rules as written (not as they deem fit) .... the word 'Must' means just that and not 'If you think appropriate).
The ending was a complete farce.
