When's the hosepipe ban?

We appear to be having a drought.
All the while most of the country has been buried in feet of snow we haven't had over 1"of it, not that I'm complaining, much as I like snow.
A check of the rain-gauge shows less than 0.1" since about 12th March.

A short time ago we bought a none-standard Foxglove which I noticed was "taking bad ways" as we Cumbrians say. I was forced to break out the hosepipe for the first time since the last time, whenever that was.
