Gnomes, Gnomes Everywhere

Cloudy, temps in mid 50s deg F. Up early with much to do. We worked on two of our homemade gifts while waiting for the base pharmacy to open. Hubby dropped me off to shop while he continued to the base. We stopped at a couple others stores and grabbed chicken strips for lunch. This gnome “nutcracker” caught my eye in one store. In the last two years, you can buy almost anything with a gnome theme. Have to admit, I’ve jumped on the band wagon. They are so dang cute. I wrapped gifts while hubby went to PT and picked up lamp shades, part of our mother’s gift. My sister and BIL stopped by so we could weigh our gift package to Germany, ensuring we stayed below 4 pounds. We only have an extra five ounces, and we are at the mercy of the USPS scales.
