The last time I was in a theatre was in March 2020 when L and I went to the Playhouse in Edinburgh to see The Lion King and as we left theatre the doors closed and they remained closed during all the lockdowns.

It was great to see Les Miserables this afternoon …. tickets rescheduled from June 2020. The music, singing and staging were wonderful and I would go again tomorrow if I could get a ticket.

We had a walk round George Square to see the Christmas Lights but with no festive market there was just no atmosphere and no buzz with folk jostling to be served their Christmas eats and drinks.
