Tuesday

I had an appt at the Dr this morning , 9.40, that was a struggle. First time out in 6 days. 
I got my blood pressure and temp take, all ok. He took bloods and gave me a good examine, which was really sore. While getting ready for bloods I had to go to the toilet. He also gave me a sample bottle. Fun. 
The next stage will be an ultrasound if nothing shows. 

Home and did some online shopping then the rest of the day has been on the sofa, fire on, hot water bottle and blankets handy. 
Have managed a slice of toast and a rich tea, with the usual effects :( 

Oh and weather happened!
