Monday

Woke after lunch feeling grim. Phoned the Dr, emailed a few people to cancel thing this week and went back to sleep.
Dr phoned later and I now have an appt tomorrow morning to go in and get examined.
My friend popped in to say hello then I went for a shower, sitting down as I feel so weak and lightheaded. This was the sky when she left, it was nice to feel a bit of fresh air out in the stair.
