Through The Looking Glass

This is what greeted me when looking out the window this morning. It was lightly raining but the temps were a few degrees below freezing, turning drips into solid drops. A sand truck went by the house readying the roads for the morning commute. How nice it was to ignore the weather and make coffee instead :) • The dreary weather has continued all day and the forecasted “big warmup” hasn’t happened. In fact I just saw reports of a couple of vehicle accidents on the roadway already due to icy conditions • We’ve had a quiet but productive day working on holiday cards. We don’t send out as many as we used to but it’s still a healthy list of family, friends, prior colleagues plus former neighbors. We’re considering converting some or all of them to electronic cards next year. There are many reasons to do so, mostly environmental, but how will it be perceived?
