Cold Feet
Slowly the spring thaw has begun.
The downy feathers on this swan trap his warm body heat and retains it close to his body to keep heat in as much as possible. Waterfowl have a unique blood flowing system. The warm blood from the heart meets the cold blood from the feet and combines to create a regulated blood flow.
"So, Mr Science, when the hell is it going to warm-up? " "Don't ask me."
A short note of thanks to the Blip community for all of the kind, lovely comments yesterday about Gibb.
