Opening Day

The first of April heralds opening day of Trout season in New York. I went with Daughter to Naples this morning and the village was filled with vehicles parked everywhere. I noticed a small banner announcing a Rainbow Trout Fishing Derby and everything made sense since the Naples Creek runs through and around the village. A local gift store with a wonderful assortment of crafts made by folks in the Finger Lakes had this artwork displaying their name attached to a pole today...
