Happiness

I had a very special visitor today. My great niece, Scarlet, came to visit me. And she brought her Mum (pictured here) along for company and to do the driving.

She is the happiest soul I have come across in a long time, who smiles at everything. Even when she's not particularly happy she keeps smiling - doesn't seem to know how not to. She is such a darling - who will be ruling the world in no time with that smile.

I had planned to blip a photo of a robin that I took on my phone this morning during my walk up the skyline - but visits from Miss Scarlet are rarer than robin sightings so necessitated a quick change of plan.
