Welcome Back, Big Fella!, Aylesford

Had the booster jab yesterday and woke up this morning feeling a bit tired and as if I had been punched very hard in the arm but otherwise I was okay.
It was expected to be cold and wet today but instead the sun came out and it was rather lovely, so we went down to the village to the Christmas market where I took today's image of the Big Fella himself. He looked very hale and hearty and all the kids running around were excited to see him. Me and my brother shared a pint between us from one of the stalls and it was all understatedly joyful and delightful. A wee bit of the Christmas spirit really cheered us both up.
