View from the Fishmarket.
This morning’s singing workshop was lovely, 26 people came, most of them from our classes. To have a face to face chat was such a treat, maybe the singing was a little hesitant and muffled by masks.
After coffee and cake at R and J’s, we set off through an icy, wet snow shower, which got thicker and wetter as we started into the hills. As far as the eye could see, there was a queue of red tail lights grinding up Soutra. We turned round and headed back to the flat.
Of course the snow in Edinburgh had disappeared by the time we got there. So we went down to Newhaven for fish and chips. I tried for a picture of the harbour, but it was so windy I couldn’t hold the camera still. I’ve souped up the natural blur with a quick faff in Prisma.
Home tomorrow, fingers crossed.
